Good Company Players Present
Something’s Afoot
Nov. 13 - Jan. 11, 2009

RATED PG

Something's Afoot

Miss Tweed (BARBARA W. VLYMEN) watches the suspects, played by, from left: VERONICA WEBER, GORDON MOORE, SARA A. PRICE, EMILY PESSANO, SCOTT JOHNSON, JAMIE BRICENO, and DAN PESSANO.

Something's Afoot

Lady Manley-Prowe (SARA PRICE) arrives for her weekend in the country and is greeted by the Butler, Clive (MICHAEL ANTONIO TORRALVA).

Good Company Players present the final show of their 35th Anniversary Season, the musical murder mystery Something’s Afoot.

Something's Afoot

Dr. Grayburn (SCOTT JOHNSON, on left) and Nigel, Lord Rancour's heir (JAMIE BRICENO) eye each other suspiciously as they stand beneath a portrait of Lord Rancour, who has gone missing mysteriously.

Perfectly suited for the holidays at the dinner theater, Something's Afoot is a fast-paced, funny whodunnit with clever tunes ("I Don't Know Why I Trust You But I Do," "I Owe It All to Agatha Christie") and a cast that includes some of GCP's most diabolically talented performers.

Ten strangers (or are they?) converge on the country home of Lord Rancour, who seems to be mysteriously missing. One by one, they find themselves in jeopardy, with the unravelling of the crime left to the amateur sleuth, Miss Tweed.

   Direction & Cast

Good Company's production has suspense, comedy, and a company of performers that includes Gordon Moore, Dan Pessano, Sara A. Price, Scott Johnson, Emily Pessano, and Barbara Vlymen, with Taylor Babcock, Veronica Smida Weber, Jamie Briceno and Michael Antonio-Torralva. Terry Lewis directs and vocal coaches, and Julie Lucido is the choreographer.

Something's Afoot

Geoffrey (TAYLOR BABCOCK) and Hope (EMILY PESSANO) find themselves attracted to one another in the midst of all the murder and mayhem.
